My Video Page -
Just some Martial Arts & Fun Stuff for you to get to know me better. I love my art. I've been doing this for 35+ years and studied over 10 different styles now. I never stop learning and continue to have a beginner's mind.

This is how I NINJA MY LIFE!
Fitness & Working Out is A MUST even if it's walking 30-minutes EVERY DAY.

Ninja Nation, always keep in mind frequency is ALWAYS better than duration.
Working out every day for 20-minutes is better than working out for 2 hours just 1X/week.
